ii. Provide, develop and improve our services and programs that you require;
iii. Administer and manage these services and programs including charging, billing and instigating any monies collection;
iv. Inform you by any communication channel of our service charges, products, changes, developments and general information that you may require;
v. Conduct appropriate checks for credit worthiness and for fraud;

2. Gudhara Holistic Sancturay Inc. will not release any information in relation to your details or subscription, to any 3rd party company or individual.

3. The only exception to Clause 2 is if the law requires us to, such as by law enforcement agencies when they are required to investigate offensive and/or illegal activities under State and/or Federal Laws.

4. As part of administration, Gudhara Holistic Sancturay Inc. may record any summary of information fielded from phone calls, website data and any other communication channels from enquiries or program participants. These are not on-sold or disclosed to others, except as may be required in Clause 3.

5. Gudhara Holistic Sancturay Inc. wishes to ensure that any personal details are always correct and up-to-date, and will amend any inaccuracies or changes to details on request.

6. Gudhara Holistic Sancturay Inc. retains client’s personal information for the purposes of compliance with the law and routine administration purposes.

7. Gudhara Holistic Sancturay Inc. is consistently improving and enhancing its services to you, and we may update this policy from time to time. Any changes to this policy will be updated on this page on the Gudhara Holistic Sancturay Inc. website.

Health Disclaimer Policy

As certain programs require exploration, or self examination of mental, emotional and physical aspects during workshops, please state whether you have any major mental, emotional or physical condition(s) occuring in the last five years, or you are under any medical practitioner or psychiatric supervision, or on any medications. If you answer yes to any of these please ensure you advise Gudhara Holistic Sancturay Inc. at time of booking. If appropriate, please also confirm in writing that you are fit to attend our program/s from your practitioner, or enclose a doctor's certificate.

Emergency Contact

In case of emergency, whilst attending Gudhara Holistic Sancturay, please include the name of a contact person on your booking form.
