Retreat Times
Workshop/Retreats begin either Friday evenings or Saturday mornings and
conclude on Sunday afternoons. See details of specific workshop for exact
start and finishing times.
Retreat Bookings
Please book in advance by sending us your registration details and deposit.
Bookings may be made by phone, fax, email or mail by using the registration
form on the Bookings Section. Full payment for retreats must be made 4
weeks prior to the retreat.
Travelling to Workshop by Train
Friday afternoon CityRail trains leave Sydney's Central Railway Station
station at 3.48pm to Wingello Station at 6.25pm where we can pick you
up (see CityRail
Timetable to confirm times). Saturday morning Countrylink
Southern Highland Service departs Central Saturday morning at 6.58am
and arrives 9.05am where we can pick you up. (see Countrylink

What is Included?
Fees include accommodation, organic vegetarian meals, retreat activities
and access to facilities. If you have any specific dietary or sleeping
requirements, please inform us on the registration form.
What to Bring?
After we receive your registration form and payment, you will receive
a confirmation email. Approximately 4 weeks before the retreat you will
receive a 'final detals' email including directions map and any special
items required by the workshop facilitator. General items for retreats
include warm clothing for our cool Southern Highland evenings, sunscreen,
hat and walking shoes for strolling around the property, swimmers and
towel for summer, personal toiletries and medications, alarm clock and
other personal items such as meditation cushions and journals.
Drugs, Alcohol and Cigarettes
Participants are requested to refrain from alcohol or illegal drugs during
Gudhara Workshops and events. A specially designated smoking area is available
for smokers who need to smoke during their stay.
Pets
No pets are permitted
at Gudhara retreats.
Participant Cancellation
A cancellation fee of 25% of the workshop cost applies if canceling more
than 4 weeks from the event and 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelling
less than two weeks from the event. Alternatively the deposit/payment
made may be transferred to contribute towards the costs of a future Gudhara
Workshop.
Organisers Postponement or cancellation of Workshop
Gudhara Holistic Sanctuary Inc. reserves the right to use alternate venues
for workshops and events if weather or other circumstances makes this
necessary. If, in the organisers view, there are insufficient participants
for the workshop to proceed, the organisers may postpone or cancel the
workshop.
Refunds
If a workshop is postponed to another date a registered participant may
transfer the amount already paid to the workshop's future p ostponed date.Alternatively
they may receive a refund in full for the amount already paid.
