Venue Hire

Private Retreats

To book your own private retreat at Gudhara, you have the option of being as self-sufficient as you like. The tariffs are as follows:

- $75 per person per night (twin share - includes bed, breakfast and linen hire)
- $70 per person per night (twin share - includes bed and breakfast, bring your own linen)
- $65 per person per night (twin share - includes bed only, bring your own linen and breakfast)
- $15 per person per meal (lunch or dinner)
- $100 per day for hire of seminar space or $50 for 4 hours or less hire

Hire of the seminar space includes use of whiteboard, flip chart stand and stereo. If you would like to hire equipment such as data projectors, overhead projectors and screens, please contact us for current rates.

Corporate Venue Hire

To book Gudhara as a Corporate in-house training or conference venue, the following tariffs apply:

- $90 per person per night (twin share - includes bed, breakfast and linen hire)
- $15 per person per meal (lunch or dinner)
- $5 per person per morning or afternoon tea
- $150 per day for hire of seminar space or $75 for 4 hours or less hire

Hire of the seminar space includes use of whiteboard, flip chart stand and stereo. If you would like to hire equipment such as data projectors, overhead projectors and screens, please contact us for current rates.

Corporate Hire Rates

- $100 per person per night (2 nights or more) twin share
- $125 per person per night (1 night only) twin share
- $175 per day for hire of seminar space

Venue Hire Rates

If you wish to hire the seminar space, the following tariffs apply:

- $150 per day for hire of seminar space or $75 for 4 hours or less hire (corporate)
- $100 per day for hire of seminar space or $75 for 4 hours or less hire (community groups)
- $15 per person per meal (lunch or dinner)
- $5 per person per morning or afternoon tea

Hire of other buildings or facilities on the property is available on request. Please contact us for more information.
